Q: When will my order be processed?
A: All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. After that, it will take 10 business days for delivery in the USA/Canada. Please allow extra time for international shipping.
Q: Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?
A: All prices shown on our website are exclusive of taxes and customs duties. Depending on your country’s import regulations, you may be required to pay applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees once your order arrives in your country.
